    &lt;li&gt;From choosen database, open accordion "Maintenance Tools" and click backup button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Choose your backup file location, please choose "ZIP Backup" and "Copy to Folder" and then download the backup file via FTP. Put your backup file on a specific location, after backup process finish, use your FTP client to connect and download the file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
